Q&A: Cam Stars Studio Rocks Romania, Embraces Diversity

Q&A: Cam Stars Studio Rocks Romania, Embraces Diversity

A relatively new entrant to the camming industry, Bucharest-based Cam Stars Studio (CamStars.ro) is quickly making a name for itself by putting its models first, with a focus on developing their individual careers, longevity, profits and stardom. With an experienced team and ongoing investments in both resources and support, Cam Stars Studio is in this business for the long haul and takes its performers’ confidentiality, diversity, security and success seriously, and with transparency.

From monitoring the Romanian tax situation to satisfying the technical requirements of partner sites, along with robust training for models regardless of their level of experience in order to keep pace with the newest trends, Cam Stars is on an upward trajectory, with no end to its growth in sight.

For a closer look at their origins and plans, XBIZ turned to Andrei of Cam Stars Studio for this company spotlight.

XBIZ: What led to the launch of Cam Stars?

Andrei: Cam Stars Studio is still an emerging brand in the constantly changing arena of cam studios and adult entertainment.

It was created two years ago with the precise goal of being different, having a unique approach and perspective for our models and partners.

Today, we are a reliable studio based on transparency, stability and fairness.

XBIZ: Why did you choose Bucharest as the home of Cam Stars?

Andrei: Romania is one of the biggest hubs when we are talking about cam studios, along with Colombia and Russia. So, Bucharest is, I’m sure, the city with the most studios and models in the world.

As I mentioned, Cam Stars Studio is only two years old, but our team has been in this business for more than 10 years.

So yes, for now, Bucharest is the best place to be, even if we are planning to open studio locations in other cities and also in other countries.

XBIZ: How does Cam Stars differentiate itself from other cam studios?

Andrei: We work with and for our models 24/7. This is a major difference, since they do not work for us — we are working for them.

We are trying to create individual brands for each model and trying to help each and every one of them and to stimulate them to grow.

We believe in personal development and in the quality of our models.

XBIZ: Do you offer any technical advantages?

Andrei: Romania has a technical advantage due to our high-quality internet speed, so not just our studio, but all of the Romanian studios have a big advantage.

I think this is an amazing thing when it comes to the services we provide for members and also this is a very good thing for the sites we work with.

We are also using the latest generation of PCs and webcams in order to provide the best image quality. Our studio tech department is constantly studying the newest and best equipment in order to adapt to on-site requirements.

XBIZ: How about model training and support services?

Andrei: We are a small team for now, but we are very hardworking and we do have very good results with our models. So, since they are happy, we are happy too.

In our training department and model development department you will find people with a lot of expertise. I am very proud of their work and I see the results in every new model that we start with.

I am talking about continuous self- and personal development for our models. It is wonderful to see how a model evolves in such a short time.

XBIZ: What are the model payouts like and how often (and how) are they paid?

Andrei: Our payouts to models start at 60 percent and they also receive monthly bonuses. They are usually paid twice each month, but they can also receive their share daily. We are very flexible in these situations and we are always trying to help models with their needs.

XBIZ: What type of model does the best with your studio?

Andrei: We appreciate and embrace variety. We don’t want just a single type of model and I’m sure that a website’s members don’t either.

Attractiveness means a lot of things to us. We don’t have two models that look alike and that has actually been very good because we have a wide variety. We have models from 18 to 55 years old, petite, muscular, slim, tall, curvy, you name it! We have them all!

What we look for are girls who are open to learning — because, in the adult world, you learn every day! The model who is working hard to become somebody is also learning a lot and that is the recipe of success for our models.

XBIZ: Do you help models with clips or photoshoots, etc., or is Cam Stars exclusively focused on cams?

Andrei: We work only with premium sites and our main and most important is ImLive.com. On all these premium sites the competition is rough, so the quality of services is at a higher level and the members’ needs are different.

In order to achieve all of these high demands, we put together lots of ideas with our team and we are also doing weekly photo and video sessions. It became a habit to participate in the monthly video contests offered by ImLive, and we manage to make something different for each of our models which relates to their personality.

We use our studio or locations and we invest a lot of time and resources into creating something unique. We also have a makeup artist and hairstylist at our sessions, because we aim for the best version of our models.

XBIZ: What does the future hold for camming and Cam Stars?

Andrei: In all the years I have been in this business, I’ve seen how everything has evolved and I believe it will expand even more. The human interaction will move to higher levels because it is a service everyone needs, whether they are single or not.

From time to time people feel the need to chat and socialize with other people. Camming is not only about a show experience and it will become much more than that.

I don’t know where technology will take us, but I’m sure that camming will be one of the most used online services worldwide.

The future for Cam Stars Studio sounds auspicious from where I’m sitting because we know what we have to do and we do have long-term plans and short-term strategies that go hand in hand, and our main goal is to grow on the international market of webcam studios.

We are growing a brand that does and will stand for its name — Cam Stars!

XBIZ: What else do XBIZ readers need to know about Cam Stars?

Andrei: The most important thing about us is that we are a reliable partner. Those who work with us know how we do our business and that we are loyal and trustworthy. It is very important to mention that when it comes to business, we are looking for win-win partnerships, so we will always do our part!
