Q&A: Alexa Vice Masters the Art of Seduction

Alexa Vice has mastered the art of seduction, inviting fans into her deliciously sexy world of gorgeous glamor and thrilling conversations on cam. With an engaging blend of games, witty remarks and teasing temptation, she can smoothly dance from one-on-one private chat to her popular public chat on Stripchat.

And when Vice isn’t camming, she conjures imaginative erotica from the deepest of dreams on her official website, or she arranges lavish rooms through her interior design hobby.

I am the kind of girl that likes to live in the moment, knowing that all we have is now and we must make the most of it.

As she expresses mischievously on her Twitter profile @lexavice, this minx is a psychology addict devoted to mind games, owns a killer smile, and yet … she is empathetic and the perfect girl to spend a day with. What a wicked combination!

To get a taste of the spice that Vice has to offer, XBIZ sat down with the Cam Star of the Month for June 2019, in this exclusive interview.

XBIZ: What inspired you to become a cam model?

VICE: If I would have to strip away all the layers and get to the most honest answer, the one thing that inspired me to become a cam model was a book called “The Art of Seduction,” by Robert Greene. I was always fascinated about what happens with the human mind and what sets our worlds on fire, and one of those things is the attraction there's always going to be between a woman and a man. Another reason was to prove to myself I could be whoever I wanted to be, no matter what the world said.

And here I am — Alexa Vice — the cam model and a girl who loves to live not bound by any rules.

XBIZ: In those early days of your career, what were some of the challenges you overcame as you learned about the business?

VICE: Every beginning is hard and I think that this is a good thing, as it pushes us to overcome our limits. My first day as a cam model was terrible — I was unaware of what I was supposed to do and, in a way, it scared me a bit.

Step by step, I learned how to use my language skills, my femininity, how to apply the right amount of make-up, how to move and how to properly use my voice.

Everything is interconnected, as if you're on a scene, in a theater, performing your best while remaining who you are. This is what I wanted — to be myself — even as a cam girl.

XBIZ: Do you mostly cam with public chat, private shows, a blend of both or other types of shows? Explain.

VICE: I love to mix. I believe that people can get playful in public chats, yet they can be intrigued and have the need for a closer touch behind the curtains. The ones wanting to peel off my deeper layers, will always want to get closer, thus being alone is kind of imperative.

What I also love to do, from time to time, is think of games and apply them with my public chat, so as to engage them and make them have fun. I also think of contests for members to make sure they get happy with some of the prizes I am offering.

XBIZ: How would you (and perhaps your fans) describe your personality, on and off cam?

VICE: I am the kind of girl who always chooses the sinners over the saints, the girl that does not judge and that is not afraid of telling you to fuck off if you piss her off. I speak my mind all the time and I guess this is what people really like about me. I don't like being fake or pretending.

To me, a true experience is something that nourishes my soul and mind. My guess is that this is the way my viewers also see me, as one of the comments I got some days ago was: "I think one of the reasons I keep coming back is for our usual chats. This is what I always miss when you are not around."

XBIZ: What other revenue streams do you pursue besides camming, and how do you balance your time?

VICE: To be honest, at this particular time, camming is my only full-time job. I do have a hobby as an interior designer and I would love to follow that career too at some point. Perhaps when I'll feel I am ready to start doing that and also have a certain budget to start an interior design agency, I might follow on that. Right now, though, camming soothes my soul.

XBIZ: Discuss your method for marketing yourself to fans (whether it's a live show or recorded content).

VICE: The marketing I am doing starts with being online. Stripchat is the platform that helps me stream my live shows. The more online I am, the more exposure I have and thus, the better it gets. Another way of marketing myself is through social media: Instagram (lexx290), Snapchat and Twitter (@lexavice).

In the last few weeks, I have been working on releasing an erotica magazine through www.AlexaVice.com, with erotica writings and stories, as I am very passionate about writing. Content is key; thus, I am making sure all the time, I have good quality pictures and videos to post everywhere.

XBIZ: How have you evolved as a cam model over the years?

VICE: One of my best sources of inspiration is reading. I read a lot of books, usually in English. This has shaped my vocabulary and grammar and the way I see things, which is for the best. Another thing I am interested in is psychology, and getting to know how our minds work.

I find it important, in this industry especially, to learn to be empathetic towards the ones you are interacting with. Knowledge is key. If you want to evolve in any field you have to be ready to learn new things all the time. I am like a sponge that absorbs all the information around me.

XBIZ: What is your preferred platform to cam on and why?

VICE: I have tried many platforms over the years, but I recently discovered Stripchat and to be honest, I like it far more than any of the others. One of the reasons is because I feel supported by the team behind the site. I always get to tell them my feedback and they take notice and try to do their best to make me feel my best.

Another reason is the way members can interact with models. They have this thing called The Knights, which helps the models with setting rules for their room and the Knights make sure the rules are always respected.

The percentage of revenue is one of the things I enjoy the most, as it is a fair 50 percent share. It feels like being among friends and this is very important.

XBIZ: Have you tried VR camming? If so, what was it like. If not, why not?

VICE: Yes, I have tried the VR rooms and I must say I think this is going to be the future of camming. The members are thrilled, as they feel like being in the same room with the models, thus the experience is more real.

XBIZ: What are your dreams for the rest of 2019 and beyond?

VICE: I am the kind of girl that likes to live in the moment, knowing that all we have is now and we must make the most of it. We owe this to ourselves. But like any other girl, I have dreams and they involve being successful, even though at times I will also fail.

What I have learned over the years is that success is not obtained without failures. What we can do is learn from every experience. One dream is to open that interior design agency when I will stop being a model. But this is a much further away dream.

One of my dreams that can be accomplished much earlier is being successful online and with the new erotic magazine that was recently launched on my site.
