Q&A: Eduard B. Reveals Ambitions for NexoCams

Q&A: Eduard B. Reveals Ambitions for NexoCams

NexoCams is looking to take camming to the next level, as founder Eduard B. aims to turn the newer network into the next big thing.

From his early days running a cam studio in Romania, managing over 50 performers, to his current focus on fleshing out NexoCams into a model-centric platform, Edward is filled with ambition.

We have daily engineering meetings, where we talk with the whole team to analyze new product models. We try to determine where this industry will be in five years and figure out how we can do it faster and better than others.

Rather than utilize existing products to create his network, Eduard built it from scratch and fine-tunes his site with daily engineering meetings.

He also pays close attention to cam model requests, vowing that each and every feature they ask for will be taken seriously for the next round of updates.

Backed by the muscle of the Clips4Sale team, NexoCams is pushing hard and fast, which is why XBIZ sat down with him for this exclusive interview.

XBIZ: Talk about your professional background prior to NexoCams.

Eduard: My adventure in the adult industry started in 2010 at the age of 23, when I decided it was time to start my own business. I loved this industry and was attracted to it, so I chose to be part of it by opening a videochat studio in Romania in my hometown of Constanta. There, I led more than 50 performers until 2016, when I decided it was time to do something else.

It was not hard to think about what I wanted to do next, because all my accumulated experience centered on videochat, but it was not easy either, because I knew the next project was going to be a very difficult and long-lasting one. I started looking for programmers to create a videochat site, an ambitious project that evolved many times, until we were able to create NexoCams.

XBIZ: What inspired you to create NexoCams?

Eduard: I think the biggest motivator behind the start of this project has been, and will continue to be, my dreams of achieving major success in life. It took a lot of ambition, because it was hard at times, before we managed to fully create this site from scratch. We did not use any products already on the market, because we wanted everything to be unique.

Everything got easier after XBIZ Miami in 2016, when I had the opportunity to present my project and idea to the Clips4Sale team, who decided to join me and help make my vision a reality. Now, I’m glad I have the opportunity to thank them publicly, because the people behind their company are wonderful and have supported me from the start.

XBIZ: Describe your role at the company?

Eduard: As one of the founders of NexoCams, my role is to collaborate with the programming team to further develop the site, manage the projects and make the best decisions about what we’re going to do next.

I also participate in events on behalf of the company to find new partners to work with, to make NexoCams one of the largest companies in the industry. For example, we have partnered with BrokerBabe to promote our product, which has helped NexoCams grow each day.

XBIZ: What is your main ambition for NexoCams?

Eduard: The biggest ambition for NexoCams is to see this company in the top three, in the next two to three years. It’s a difficult challenge, because there are a lot of big companies on the market, but some of them do not bring anything new.

We also offer a more attractive licensing solution for companies that want to start in this industry, who want a website with cutting-edge technology that can be easily managed through a white label or a black label solution.

XBIZ: How do you partner with the rest of the NexoCams team to elevate the site?

Eduard: We have daily engineering meetings, where we talk with the whole team to analyze new product models. We try to determine where this industry will be in five years and figure out how we can do it faster and better than others.

XBIZ: Talk about the ways you help empower cam models.

Eduard: We listen to them. I don’t know how many companies out there do this, but when a model comes to us and asks for a feature, we create and develop just about every single one they request.

Sometimes we cannot start it immediately, because we have other things that we are in the midst of working on, but I guarantee when we finish them, we’re always taking care of our models’ needs.

XBIZ: What makes NexoCams a unique cam network?

Eduard: NexoCams can help models from all points of view, whether they do camming or produce clips content. We offer a very easy and well-developed package that ranges from monthly subscriptions to individual content sales, whether models are looking to monetize pictures, texting or clips.

In December 2017, we became the first site to offer the option for pre-booked shows with an 80 percent commission. Now, cam models aren’t even required to sit in front of a computer to do it. Everything is possible via mobile phones on NexoCams. This is the future and we will be part of it.

XBIZ: Tell us about one of your greatest achievements with NexoCams.

Eduard: It’s clear that the biggest achievement, up to now, is the creation of our website, and the quality of performers that are working with us day by day.

XBIZ: Where do you see NexoCams heading in the coming years, as far as new features and future goals?

Eduard: NexoCams is not just a simple cams platform, the team behind it makes it very valuable because we are up to date with the latest technologies and the platform has no expansion limits. As for what’s to come, we’ll let you discover the future by hanging out on NexoCams.
