Tablets Come of Age for Adult

A wide variety of adult enterprises are cashing in on the tablet craze. From the sleek interactivity of AWE’s mobilized webcam sites and white labels, to Pimproll’s tablet-ready HostedTube and other offerings, providing content to carnal craving consumers via the latest generation of larger-screen mobile devices and tablets is putting profits into the pockets of many operators.

Among other audience advantages, tablet users tend to enjoy a higher discretionary income and (especially in the case of iPad users) are used to paying a premium to obtain that which they desire — and that includes apps and subscriptions.

While HTML5 and other factors are contributing to a new generation of mobile friendly websites, apps remain a popular alternative for porn consumers; with a number of outlets, including AdultAppMart and MiKandi, seeking to satisfy the market’s needs.

According to AdultAppMart.com, the company is dedicated to offering a great customer experience and to bringing the greatest variety of the sexiest content available, directly to Android devices and to the Nexus 7.

Claiming more than 3.8 million unique visitors each month, the growing site is among the first to target the increasingly popular Nexus platform — which may receive a 10-inch screen version, boosting the device’s appeal to porn fans.

“What is even hotter than the extremely popular, affordable and fast Google Nexus 7 Android Tablet?” asks an AdultAppMart spokesperson semi-rhetorically, responding, “How about raw [and] uncensored adult apps running on that amazingly fast and sexy Android tablet?”

Google’s Nexus 7 boasts a bright, 800 x 1280 backlit LED LCD touch screen that plays videos larger and more clearly than before, with brighter, bigger and better games and steamy erotic content.

“With the Google Nexus 7 running the newest Android OS v4.1 ‘Jelly Bean’ you can truly customize every aspect of this tablet,” the spokesperson added. “You can also set an AdultAppMart icon on your home page for quick access when you need to download a fresh XXX app, or watch some erotic videos on demand.”

Better devices and better solutions for adult on the go are pointing the way to profit for adult operators embracing this new technology, whose uptake shows little sign of slowing down anytime soon.
