The ladies on this list represent a cross section of performers, but all share one common thread — their buzz began in 2007 and we anticipate their stars to rise to new heights as the New Year rears its head. These newbies cranked up the sexual heat, began to brand their names and distinguished themselves in a crowded field where the competition for visibility is intense. The following are our picks for the performers we’re betting on to be Hot In ‘08.
Kendall Brooks
The rumored on-again, off-again contract talks between Kendall Brooks and Club Jenna seems to have stalled (as this issue went to press). Built like former Club Jenna exclusive Sophia Rossi, Brooks would be right at home with CJ, but is performing as a free agent. Kendall kick started her porn career by shooting mainly Internet content in her native Florida. Her dancing-toned body appeared in scenes for Naughty America, Brazzers, Bang Bros and Traffic Cash Gold. Starting off as a Hooters girl, Brooks has mainstream modeling credits, but didn’t really need them when she clocked in standout performances in “Slutty and Sluttier 4” for Evil Angel, “Cum Stained Casting Couch” for Red Light District and “Come As You Please” for Diabolic. Her body is off-the-charts hot.
Claire Dames
The curves on Dames are positively cartoonish; she should be a staple in big butt or big tit gonzo titles. After getting her start with Bang Bros and Reality Kings, Dames has made her mark in the DVD arena with scintillating performances in Elegant Angel’s “Big Wet Tits 5,” Sin City’s “Juggernauts 7” and Red Light District’s “Smothered N Covered 4.” For a girl that has the phrase “Hit It Harder” tattooed above her pussy, we expect plenty more hardcore footage from the 27-year-old in 2008.
Roxy DeVille
A Gina Gershon look-alike with a snappy wit and stellar sexual skills, Roxy DeVille is a firecracker that is poised for a breakout year, and is the most “seasoned” starlet on our list. First entering the business in 2005, DeVille cultivated an alt look what with the septum and nose piercings, high gauge ear piercings and dark hair set against her creamy skin. Now, she’s more sex kitten and less hipster chick. A confident and vocal sexual performer, DeVille also can act and is ripe for more feature work. See her at her best in Vivid-Ed’s “Chemistry 3,” Evil Angel’s “Brianna Love: Her Fine Sexy Self,” Wicked Pictures’s “Operation: Desert Stormy” and “Belladonna’s Fetish Fanatic 6.” We think 2008 will be a breakout year filled with memorable performances from DeVille.
Jenna Doll
This naturally big-boobed cutie has created a buzz almost as sizeable as her rack late last year. After appearing on Internet sites like Brazzers, Bang Bros and Reality Kings, message boards lit up wanting to know more about the top heavy tart. Jenna, who also briefly used the name Jenna Simpson, has crossed over to the DVD arena as well, performing in movies for Lethal Hardcore, Anabolic and Rodnievision. We’ll give you one guess as to the niche Jenna mostly appears in. Based on her bountiful bosom alone (not to mention her beautiful blue eyes) Jenna Doll is one to watch in ’08.
Jenny Hendrix
While not technically “new,” (Hendrix appeared in a handful of movies in 2005), this babe is going to be all the rage in 2008. The Italian/Filipino hardcore hottie with the beestung lips and plump booty stirred up quite the buzz late in 2007 and delivered on the hype. See: Evil Angel’s star vehicle “The Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience” directed by Manuel Ferrara and in William H.’s “Big Wet Asses 12” for Elegant Angel. Hendrix is a star and she knows it. The native Floridian is porn’s latest import from the Sunshine State. ‘Scuse us while we kiss the sky.
Sindee Jennings
An adorable spinner that squirts like a geyser? Sign us up! The blond-haired, blue-eyed Jennings literally oozes cuteness in addition to copious amounts of female ejaculate. The cute-as-a-button hellraiser soaks sets regularly no doubt resulting in equipment failure and C-light outages across Porn Valley. Jayme Langford
OK, so we can take a little credit for “discovering” this redheaded sex kitten. Full disclosure: our sister site, XFANZ.com, hired Jayme as a promotional model for 2007’s Adult Entertainment Expo. She used that platform to springboard herself into a handful of memorable releases last year and we expect bigger things from her in 2008. This spunky firecracker broke her box cover cherry for Teravision in “Ferocious,” (also longtime Teravision producer Sancho’s directorial debut). Langford also has worked for Hustler Video, Combat Zone and Ninn Worx after getting her start as an Internet model for FTV Girls and Matt’s Models under other names.
Lichelle Marie
Now here’s an emerging star who fits the prototype most people envision when they think of stereotypical porn stars: blue eyes, long blond hair, big fake tits, a hard body and long legs. Is your mouth watering yet? In some ways, she’s a throwback to the blonds of the late ‘90s who ruled the porn world. Lichelle has recently broken into DVD work after filming scenes for Naughty America, Brazzers and Traffic Cash Gold. Since Lichelle is represented by LA Direct Models, we expect many more DVDs with her in the coming months. The Arkansas native is high on our list of hot newbies to watch for in ’08.
Rachel Roxxx
This hazel-eyed petite Texan is one of the hottest new stars in the business. She’s done her share of Internet work like most newbies, but she’s matured into a sexually confident performer in her DVD work. Roxxx has worked for many of the big players including Zero Tolerance, Jules Jordan Video, Red Light District and New Sensations. She’s performed with girls and guys and has shown a penchant for taking facials. We think Roxxx is just coming into her own as a performer and we can’t wait to see her star rise this year.
Alexis Texas
Booty queen Alexis Texas’ bubble butt certainly lives up to its billing.
