What is your role at Wicked Pictures?
I am the head of domestic sales for Wicked Pictures. Wicked releases one new feature a week, as well as serving as the exclusive distributor for Marc Dorcel, Playgirl, and Abby Winters. Each of the companies we distribute for release two titles per month.

Describe a typical Monday at your desk.
Mondays are usually very busy days. I get to the office at about 8 a.m. and start processing the orders that have come in over the weekend and answering emails. I will normally check out various websites to see the placement that Wicked and the other lines I sell are receiving. It's also a good day to go to various websites to get the latest news on what is happening in the adult industry.
What is the biggest challenge to being a woman in the adult entertainment industry?
I have been in the adult entertainment industry for 27 years now, so I feel very accepted and respected by both the people I do business with and my male sales counterparts. I think the biggest challenges probably occur in my personal life. I'm not always sure how people are going to respond to what I do for a living.
How do you maintain balance in your life?
I love being Bonnie Kail, head of sales for Wicked Pictures. I also have to balance that with being a single mom and raising my 15-yearold daughter who is the love of my life. In addition to my daughter I am the proud mother of three adorable cats. I've also recently become a Facebook junkie.
