The cock ring portion of the toy appears to go on over just the shaft, which is not typical for cockrings that go over both the shaft and balls. Once I was aroused it gave me a good squeeze but I'm blessed with a thick shaft, and so I wonder if that part will be as enjoyable to the guys who are not quite as robust in that department.

It's a little tricky to work the connection from ring past your balls and to the butt plug and joystick.
