The legal battle between operators of the Teen Revenue affiliate program and Lupe Fuentes' company, Evan Seinfeld, Webquest and a number of online adult processors is heating up.
Evan Seinfeld, Webquest and the corporate entity of Lupe Fuentes have been hit with a copyright infringement suit by operators of the Teen Revenue affiliate program, which claims its copyrights of the adult star were misappropriated.
The hearing is pursuant to section 425.16 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which addresses lawsuits that may be considered to infringe on defendants' 1st Amendment rights.
