CBS' "The Late Show" aired a comedy segment last night where host Stephen Colbert listed puns connecting the Beatles with sex toys, riffing off of the recent legal settlement between drummer Ringo Starr and Screaming O over the distribution of the RingO (now “Ring O”) penis rings.
Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has reportedly dropped a U.S. trademark case against Screaming O Pleasure Products’ parent companies Pacific Holdings and Momentum Management over their RingO penis rings, after a settlement was reached.
Attorneys allegedly representing former Beatle Ringo Starr have stepped up to oppose a trademark application filed by adult actress Elizabeth Starr in connection with her movie production company, according to documents obtained by XBiz Monday.
