A Seattle jury has returned a unanimous verdict of no wrongdoing on the part of Impulse Media, better known within adult industry circles as SoulCash, in the company’s CAN-SPAM trial.
U.S. District Court Judge Robert S. Lasnik has denied a joint motion for summary judgment in the case of U.S. vs. Impulse Media Group, parent company of the SoulCash affiliate program. Impulse was charged with violating the CAN-SPAM Act and the Adult Labeling Rule.
