Hustler Hollywood has won a key legal round in federal court. U.S. District Judge Karl Forester has refused to dismiss a lawsuit that the sex boutique’s manager, Jimmy Flynt, had lodged against the Lexington council.
Hustler Hollywood’s legal battle against an anti-adult zoning ordinance is scheduled to go to a federal court today. Jimmy Flynt is seeking a temporary restraining order so that the latest outlet of the national sex store chain can sell sexually explicit materials.
The nationwide chain of Hustler-branded retail outlets, which celebrate and promote the porn industry to the fullest, is slated to showcase porn's latest "It" girl Jesse Jane at its San Diego-based location on June 26 at 7 PM.
