A 22-year-old Lynn University senior has filed suit against Cyberheat Inc., as well as subsidiaries TopBucks and Pink Visual, for allegedly posting photoshopped pictures of her at a house party in Boca Raton on CollegeWildParties.com.
Arizona-based Cyberheat has entered into a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice over charges related to the sending of illegal spam by the company's affiliates.
Cyberheat apparently has dodged maximum penalties over alleged Can-Spam violations after a federal judge ordered the Justice Department and the online adult company to hammer out an agreement.
