Flava Works, which has been in a long-run legal battle with the city of Miami over zoning issues while shooting CocoDorm, plans on appealing a federal judge's ruling last month that granted summary judgment in favor of the city, XBIZ has learned.
The “Miami Herald” recently summarized a yearlong attempt by the City of Miami’s Code Enforcement Board to evict CocoDorm.com performers who are living and working in a home in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood.
Late Monday, gay multimedia company FlavaWorks was ordered by the Miami Code Enforcement Board to cease operation of its online adult business, CocoDorm.com from its current location.
