A Brooklyn resident has pleaded guilty to charges of violating the CAN-SPAM Act, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York announced Monday.
The webmaster of a gay porn site who moonlighted as a hospital security officer was beaten to death this week in his Brooklyn apartment. Police refer to the murder as an "Internet sex romp that went awry."
