FriendFinder Networks Inc. has filed for a $460 million initial public offering. The company also announced that it is now the parent of Penthouse Media Group Inc.
Private Media Group Inc. today announced that it had signed a deal with online social networking site AdultFriendFinder to exclusively offer a white label solution in Spain through affiliate program PrivateCash.com.

In an interview Wednesday, Penthouse Media Group CEO Marc Bell told XBIZ that his company’s acquisition of Various Inc., the company that owns and operates AdultFriendFinder.com, was a part of a continuing strategy of “rolling up the industry."
