Barry Goldman was charged with three counts of using the mail to deliver allegedly obscene DVDs to an address in Billings. An additional count seeks certain assets of the defendant under the criminal forfeiture provision.
The three movies named in the indictment are “Torture of Porn Star Girl,” “Pregnant and Willing” and “Defiant Crista Submits.” Goldman did business as Torture Portal, Masters of Pain and Bacchus Studios.
Goldman faces five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the three counts in the indictment.
The case is being prosecuted by Kenneth Whitted of the Criminal Division's Obscenity Prosecution Task Force and Assistant U.S. Attorney Marcia Hurd of the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s Montana branch. The investigation into Goldman was conducted by the FBI’s obscenity task force with assistance from the bureau’s Billing’s field office.
