“We decided to not charge an agency fee so more producers will want to work with us, so more girls will want to work with us — because you don’t have to pay us to use our girls,” Scott told XBIZ. “We’ll never have an agency fee. At [my former job] it was a bone of contention, so we’ve decided to eliminate that barrier.”
Scott previously worked for Seymore Butts’ Lighthouse Talent Agency, but left the company prior to its merger with Lisa Ann’s Talent Management. He is working alongside partner Alexa Caldwell, who served as a talent scout for Lighthouse.
Since the agency just launched, Scott and Alexa are looking for their first batch of clients, though they're not “looking to poach clients from other agencies.” To join CHIX 4 FLIX, adult talent must be local and have available transportation to and from the set.
Since Scott and Caldwell intend for CHIX 4 FLIX to be a boutique agency, proximity to the L.A. area cuts down on complications and is important for talent to live locally in the event of a shoot being cancelled or if a last minute replacement is needed.
“We really want to do things professionally and work only with talent who takes their jobs seriously,” the pair said. “It’s important not only to look great and be a strong performer, but also to be on time and responsible.”
CHIX 4 FLIX will represent adult talent for both video and photo bookings.
“The name CHIX 4 FLIX is just a fun, flirty name for what we do,” Scott said. “It’s cute and friendly, and that’s how we want to be viewed by the industry, in addition to always being professional, of course.”
