According to various gossip blogs, the adult industry legend is pregnant with her current beau, Ultimate Fighter Tito Ortiz's child.
The New York Post's Page Six gossip column cited an unnamed source who described the couple's reaction to the pregnancy.
"She's completely thrilled," the source said. "This is something she's wanted for a very long time. She had a bunch of meetings and things planned for [New York] Fashion Week, including meetings for her own line, but she's postponed everything."
Jameson and Ortiz have been dating for approximately two years.
According to Jameson herself, her last brush with pregnancy ended in tragedy. In 2007, she told US Magazine that a bout with skin cancer caused her to have a miscarriage in 2004. She was married to Club Jenna chief and former onscreen partner Jay Grdina at the time.
