The deal with Patrick's production company, TeraVision, will include all territories outside of the United States and will include the marketing and promotion of a series of TeraVision films starring Patrick herself that will be branded under the Private Media label.
"The Private brand is synonymous with absolutely gorgeous movies and the company sets high standards by which adult movies are measured in Europe and throughout the world," Patrick said. "I am looking forward to the glamour associated with the Private brand and in working with the company to support our joint activities."
A Private spokesperson lauded the deal by calling Patrick "one of the industry's best known and most talented adult actresses," and equating her level of adult stardom to that of mainstream actresses like Cameron Diaz.
Private Media is one of the largest worldwide distributors of adult entertainment content, both online and offline.
Evan Seinfeld, Patrick's husband and co-partner of TeraVision, said that the deal with Private complements TeraVision's success in the United States and will help bring it to a higher level.
"Tera wanted to work only with the best international firm, and Private's terrific distribution network and marketing abilities gives it this stature," Seinfeld said.
The deal was reportedly brokered by Esquire Entertainment Group, owned by Valentino Tolman.
