The 20-year-old is from San Diego and was discovered online by Travis Nestor at the IT Modeling Agency. Starting her career as an exotic dancer, West told XBIZ she had been thinking about an onscreen career when she was approached.
“It crossed my mind,” West said. “My agent Travis found me on the web and got a hold of me, and I was holding back on the behalf of my family. But then, I just decided I just want to do what I want to do and stop living my life for other people.”
Introduced by Nestor, News Sensations owner Scott Taylor said that after West had performed in a few test scenes for the studio, he immediately signed her to a one-month exclusive contract as an evaluation period.
Since then, West has performed in only five scenes, which will be used in several of the studios’ popular lines. She has also performed a scene for “Hearts and Minds 2: Modern Warfare.” The production was shot last week and stars New Sensations contract star Ashlynn Brooke and was directed by Andre Madness.
“She has a girl-next-door look but also can dress up like an untouchable model, so she can go both ways” Taylor told XBIZ. “Ashlynn has the same kind of quality. It’s somebody you can hang out and have a beer with, but you can also take her to a real formal function and have the most beautiful girl in the room.
“It’s the yin and the yang,” Taylor said, describing the dynamic between his two contract stars. “I think they compliment each other — in what Sadie’s personality is — her look against Ashlynn’s look, I think is just very complimentary — just a total package.”
“Sadie does extremely passionate scenes from our test scenes that we did, and the way that she photographs is fantastic, right down to the finest detail,” Taylor added. “I’m real excited about it.”
According to West, she prefers to perform in boy/girl scenes. Her first scene, with Anthony Rosano, has been her best experience so far.
“The passion,” West said, of Rosano. “We really connected. He’s amazing and very sweet.”
Taylor said that the studio is aggressively shooting West and will begin to roll out her scenes, starting with “Just Out of High School 12” in September.
“She’ll make appearances in our standard series that do well, before we branch her out into her own branded series that focuses around her,” Taylor said. “I see her in a few of our upcoming features.”
Also upcoming will be what Taylor is sure will be a much anticipated girl/girl between West and Brooke. The company is holding out for an opportunity to showcase the scene, while West learns the ropes and also, while the two contract stars begin to develop some chemistry.
“That’s going to be one of those things that you sort of hang on to,” Taylor said.
“That will be a special moment, when people go, ‘Hey, we’ve got these two hot girls, these contract girls together.’ Not, ‘Hey, remember back in the day, when Ashlynn and Sadie did that first girl/girl?’” he said.
“We intentionally have done that. But it’ll happen — if I have anything to say about it.”
