"We searched for months for this perfect shooters' house that embraced just about everything that all the companies said that they wanted in a location," Lust said. "It’s so large we will even rent it out for industry events."
The house has a gated entry and off-street parking for as many as 20 cars. The house itself is 4,700 square feet, plus a 500-square-foot glassed-in atrium inside the house, totaling 5,200 square feet of shooting space. High ceilings — up to 25 feet — with skylights can accommodate natural or artificial light. There are more than 12 shooting locations inside the house, not including the five bedrooms. The house is professionally decorated with modern and traditional furniture, and also has wireless Internet access.
The private backyard is 30,000 square feet, with a 35-foot deck and a secluded 45-foot pool with rock edges and a hot tub. None of the property is visible from outside, so nude shooting can be planned for anywhere in the facility.
The backyard also has three 10 x 20-foot tents to provide shade for crew and equipment.
