FSC Offering Members Mortgage Services

CANOGA PARK, Calif. — The Free Speech Coalition has announced a partnership with the LoanCarpenter, a mortgage banker and broker, to provide FSC members with customized service for home and commercial mortgages. This new program is available to FSC members in all 50 states.

“We've had members ask us if they can get commercial and residential loans, and we didn't have that available," FSC Director of Membership Services Scott L. Lowther told XBIZ. "Through this connection we can at least make a referral. We look for national availability and an ability to help companies large and small. This company is affiliated with a large national lending institution.

"It's part of our continuing effort as a trade association to move beyond just litigation, lobbying and public education and offer services to members. We offer retirement and investment options through Plan B Investments and we have a health insurance option through Lockton, so the logical addition was mortgages."

The Loan Carpenter can address the needs of members including independent companies and the self-employed. Through initial consultation or online, Loan Carpenter will be available to offer free advice and consultative analysis to FSC members.

“My team is excited to help FSC members nationwide with our custom loan-building service," said Tim Carpenter of the LoanCarpenter. "We offer the advice they need to improve and incorporate their mortgage into their overall financial strategy of growing their wealth.”

FSC members wishing to access the services of the LoanCarpenter may contact FSC at (818) 348-9373 for a referral.
