Roomer will be restructuring the company's support division; expanding the division's current staff of 33 employees with 16 new additions.

"Some 70 percent of our customers are based not in the Netherlands, but abroad. We have customers in the United States, the UK, France, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and other countries. This means that you need to have adequate manpower available because you have to account for time differences. Moreover, customers with a 24/7 business model also expect LeaseWeb to deliver 24/7 service and support."
Roomer was formerly the Sales Support Manager and European Business Manager.
