“SugarVOD has easily jumped into the running of one of the most visible VOD sites out there,” said Riccardo Santini of Bordellonoir, who is also a broker for several other studios.
Among the most recent studios to sign are Doghouse Digital, The Candy Shop, Mr. X, Hot Body International and Ducati Productions. Sugar's international adult film collection has been increased, with such European studios as Alpha-France, be.me.fi, Pleasure Entertainment, BB-Video and UK Girls Downloads now available. Content sites Flash Cash, Mayors Money, Slick Cash, AmateurCanada and NightClubGirls are now offering their videos through Sugar, and Sugar will also be offering movies from several newly signed gay studios, including Hot Desert Knights, Pacific Sun, and Puppy Productions.
“Sugar is working incredibly hard to ensure that all studios, big and small, have a presence here for the sake of our customers," Sugar content manager Justin Brand said. "Our growth has been unprecedented, and we expect to keep it up. I cannot begin to explain how excited I am about our future.”
The new agreements bring the Sugar library to a total of more than 55,000 movies for its DVD rental and VOD services.
