VirtuaGirl Gets Reported 1.25 Million Downloads

PARIS — Software creator TotemCash has announced a major milestone: In the three months since its release, the newest version of their free desktop stripper program VirtuaGirlHD has hit 1,250,000 users.

“TotemCash couldn’t be prouder of this achievement, and consumer momentum keeps going with VirtuaGirlHD. We should reach the three million sales mark before the summer,” said Richard “Rex” Excoffier, owner of TotemCash. “We're now looking to form partnerships with high-profile brands to use our technology for distribution of their content.”

With the additional consumer sales for VirtuaGirlHD, TotemCash has reported a rise in affiliate income. Since the January 2008 launch of VirtuaGirlHD, the average affiliate payout has multiplied a reported three to five fold.

VirtuaGirlHD is the updated high-definition version of the VirtuaGirl 2 shareware program. The models say “hi” in the morning, remind users of appointments and dance and strip whenever the user wants them to. With VirtuaGirlHD, a new model automatically downloads to a user’s computer desktop every day. VirtuaGirlHD viewers only pay to see full nudity.

The program also includes a new feature, VirtuaGirlHD Community, where fans can discuss, exchange information and create their own blogs.

Since its inception in 1998, VirtuaGirl has recorded more than 150 million unique visitors from 90 countries. TotemCash has shot more than 400 models, include Sunny Leone, Kyla Cole, Aria Giovanni, Anetta Keys, Sophie Sweet, Charlie Laine, Erica Rose Campbell, Nikki Case and Aimee Sweet.

Affiliate webmasters can use an assortment of sales tools, including peeling page, banners, animation, videos and hosted galleries.
