NationalNet Announces The Atlanta Forum for Sept.

ATLANTA — The tradeshow calendar for adult webmasters just got busier with the addition of a new webmaster business conference. The Atlanta Forum is scheduled for Sept. 18-21 at the W Hotel Perimeter Center, organized by NationalNet.

National Net CEO Tony Morgan told XBIZ that the entire hotel is reserved for Atlanta Forum attendees. Many of the planned activities for the Atlanta show will be based on The Phoenix Forum model.

Morgan stated that The Atlanta Forum would be positioned as the sister show to The Phoenix Forum. The slogan of The Atlanta Forum is “Meet the Business of the Business.”

“[CCBill CEO] Ron Cadwell has been asked about doing a second show for quite a while,” Morgan said. “He approached me about doing a show of our own and I said ‘of course.’ I’d love to be able to expand the ‘Forum’ show brand, which has been successful.”

Morgan said that CCBill’s involvement in the show would come in the form as a top-level sponsorship, and that the two companies would share management and organizational ideas pertaining to the new Forum show.

The last webmaster show to be held in Atlanta was Webmaster Access in 2004, and Morgan called his home base the perfect city to host an adult convention. He plans on bringing in outside speakers and said that the show would host more targeted seminars and business forums.

“Atlanta is a big convention town,” Morgan said. “There are tons of clubs, shopping, restaurants and strip clubs. There are plenty of opportunities to party at the webmaster shows and there will be that component at this show for sure, but the primary focus will be on business.”

Adding to the Forum’s southern hospitality, Morgan said that late night breakfast, a staple of the Phoenix Forum, would be served courtesy of the famed Waffle House.

On a calendar packed with webmaster shows seemingly every month, Morgan believes that the mix of pleasure combined with the heightened business offerings will make The Atlanta Forum a “must attend.”

NationalNet is launching the show’s website, TheAtlantaForum.com, tomorrow. Interested attendees and sponsors can email info@theatlantaforum.com for more information.
