“It was a great night for SexZ Pictures as 'Upload' and Eva Angelina brought home beautiful trophies,” said SexZ's Jeff Mullen, who accepted the Feature Movie award on behalf of SexZ Pictures CEO Bo Kenney and "Upload" director Cross, who were unable to attend. Both were in Hungary scouting locations for their next epic, "The Blood of Virgins," which is expected for fall release.
"Upload," with a reported budget of more than $350,000, tells the story of two federal agents tracking down a hacker they believe carries a computer virus that could change the world as we know it. It stars SexZ contract performer Hillary Scott as Tesla, "a sexy cyberpunk who holds the future of civilization in the palm of her hand," and Eva Angelina as government agent Cassandra Cray, who is chasing the secret Tesla holds.
“This is really amazing for me to win these big awards because I hadn’t won any before this year,” Angelina said.
A new HD DVD release of "Upload" streets Feb. 20, with everything found in the four-disc "Upload XXXX Collector’s Edition" set — including 100 percent of the many hours of extras — on two HD DVD discs .
