Event organizers described the event as being geared toward “putting the fun, love and romance back into relationships for the coming Valentine’s Day," and Wicked's VP of International Sales and Licensing Steven Vlottes and the company’s VP of Special Projects Joy King also attended.
Musical artists confirmed for LIVE 08 included Melbourne rock group the Rogue Traders, along with CC Martini and Kiss cover band Kisstroyer. Also slated to appear was Melbourne-based entertainers Iris and Dirty Laundry.

(In an earlier headline, the generic term sexpo was inadvertently used by XBIZ to describe the above event. Though the term was also used in the original press release, it was never our intent to conflate two completely unrelated adult trade events, LIVE 08 and SexPo, and we regret any confusion that may have resulted. - ed.)
