This was the 21-year-old Havoc’s first trip to Europe to work for Prague-based director Danny Ray. The director’s previous work for the studio includes “Cabin Fever,” “Inside Andy,” Kickboxer” and the recently released “Splash.”
“The idea to bring Jake overseas for the first time was just too good to resist,” Studio 2000 CEO David McKay said. “Jake had mentioned to us before that he had a fantasy of bottoming for several men with big dicks. We were only too happy to oblige. He was the first American performer [that] most of the Czech models had met, and they got along perfectly despite the language barrier.”
According to Havoc, language issues did not prevent the American performer from communicating to his Czech cast mates about U.S. politics, among other things.
“It turns out the universal language pretty much was all I needed,” Havoc said. “However, only Danny Ray spoke English and when he would translate, the two things everybody wanted to know were ‘How big is that thing?’ and ‘What’s going on with George Bush?’ It made for an interesting week of light conversation between takes.”
“Jake’s Hard Ride” follows a plot loosely based on a cross-country bicyclist’s adventures in Eastern Europe, with lush scenery and a cast of Euro models that includes Casper Watts, Fernando Kruz, Drago Lambeck and newcomers Lacius Gross and Robert Driveman, as well as Carey Lexes and former Bel-Ami model Ruslan Brodovich.
The DVD includes a photo gallery, as well as a travelogue hosted by Havoc and well-known gay blogger JC Adams, as the pair explores Prague’s tourist attractions, gay nightclubs and bathhouses.
“Jake’s Hard Ride” will street Feb. 22. Customers wishing to preorder the film can contact Studio 2000 at (800) 435-2445, or visit Studio200Video.com.
