Moss will spend an undisclosed amount of time on probation as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. He was indicted in October on 10 criminal counts including official misconduct, official oppression and destruction of evidence.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation started an investigation of Moss in June after adult performer Barbie Cummings posted an explicit video of the two on her website from a May 7 traffic stop.
Though Cummings received a speeding ticket, Moss was accused of ignoring illegal pills in her car in exchange for oral sex. Cummings, whose birth name is Justis Richert, wrote about their encounter on her blog and said in May that the trooper sent her photos and video he shot at the stop.
Moss resigned after Cummings said in her blog that she performed oral sex on him during the stop. She acknowledged having drugs — which she described only as "happy pills" — and said the trooper threw them into the brush near the highway.
She said Moss went to a secluded area and claims he later asked if he could tell his friends about her website. Cummings believes that is what got him in trouble.
According to KnoxNews.com, Moss is working in construction and Cummings has retired from performing, is pregnant and is looking forward to settling down.
