This year Roberts won for "inTeractive," starring Tera Patrick, a Hustler Video/Teravision production which Q. wrote and directed. In 2007, Roberts won for his directorial debut "Virtual Vivid Girl, Sunny Leone."
"I've had a lot of success in the interactive genre," Roberts said. "But I've had a lot of help too. These projects are very complicated and it's easy to get overwhelmed in post production.
"Luckily I already had a strong relationship with Copper Digital through various mainstream projects I had teamed with them on. Naturally I turned to them when I directed my first adult movie."
Copper Digital is a Hollywood based post production facility servicing mainstream and a select number of adult industry clients. Their editing and DVD authoring clients include Hustler Video, Jules Jordan Video, Reality Kings, Vouyer Media and Adam & Eve.
"Working on 'inTeractive' was quite a challenge," Copper Digital Senior Interface Designer commented Chris Colby said. "When we found out Q. was combining a feature-style movie with interactive sex we knew we had our work cut out for us."
"I couldn't have been happier with the results," said Q. "I think the title is authored with the same attention to detail any mainstream title receives. They are the only company I would trust with this kind of project."
