"I have [Ryan Katz, aka] 'Ringside Ryan,' who used to work for Extreme Video," Jeremy told XBIZ. "He's my opening act. Ryan goes out and does his stand-up, then he introduces me and I do my stand-up. Ryan hosts a spit-and-swallow contest with the audience with prizes, and then I host a banana-eating contest, with heavy breathing, called 'Who wants to be a porn star?' It's an hour-and-a half of goofy fun."
Katz also hosts MTV's "Wrestling Society X" under the name Fabian Kaelin.
"I think a lot of people hear 'Ron Jeremy' and think they're going to see some kind of live sex show," Katz said. "There is obviously sexual content in the show, and the humor and jokes are sexually based, but at the same time, I think people are expecting total craziness and nudity. That's not what the show is about."
