A news report from Canadian TV network CVC has posted audio from the store's security tape, with a voice, allegedly Hilton's, saying, "You guys can't use my image in a porn store. I'm going to call my lawyer and sue the [expletive] out of this place. I really want them down because they're mean and this is not right. I'm really serious. This is disgusting. And I want the other ones too or I'm calling the [expletive] cops."
Hilton was in Toronto for an Oct. 20 party at a Toronto club advertised as a Party with Paris.
A man identifying himself as Hilton's manager returned and told the staff to keep the incident quiet, according to reports. He reportedly threatened a lawsuit for defamation of character if the tape of Hilton's confrontation with the staff were to be leaked.
According to CVC, two U.S. tabloid TV shows are bidding for the tape.
