NakedSword Announces Events Schedule

SAN FRANCISCO — Gay video-on-demand provider NakedSword , operated by the AEBN pay-per-view network, is kicking off a schedule of events and parties that will take the will take the company well into next year and beyond, with increased presence at various adult community functions.

Recently a sponsor for San Francisco’s Folsom Street Fair; NakedSword teamed with gay studio Titan Media for the release of their new Folsom Fetish title, “Fear,” and also broadcast exclusive live coverage of the fair from the Titan booth.

This weekend, NakedSword will be at New York City’s Gay Erotic Expo, joining with new exclusive VOD partners Pitbull Productions for various festivities throughout the show. Pitbull Productions founder and NakedSword Dream Team member Tiger Tyson also will be on-hand at the expo to greet fans.

San Francisco-based NakedSword will be back in the Bay Area for ORGY on Oct. 27. The company is co-producing the event, which is billed as “San Francisco’s raciest Halloween Ball and toga party,” which will be held at 520 Harrison St. There will be a $500 costume contest, and DJs Brett Henrichsen and B Somebody will be spinning the dance mix.

NakedSword events manager Jonathan Foulk is largely responsible for the company’s efforts to raise brand awareness through sponsorships and special promotions.

Foulk, who is well known in the Castro community, hosts a weekly event also, called Frathouse, held at 440 Castro St.

According to Foulk, “throngs of men line up every Wednesday night for beer bongs, shirtless studs, flirtatious go-go boys and bar games galore, and the weekly Boy Bar at the Café draws an even bigger crowd.”

Foulk, who was featured on “The D-List with Kathy Griffin,” last season, is currently in the process of planning NakedSword’s participation in the 2008 GAYVN Awards after-party.
