AEBN Adds TrustCash as Payment Option

NEW YORK — Trustcash Holdings Inc. announced this week that it has signed an agreement with adult video-on-demand service AEBN to handle online payments for the popular adult VOD network.

Trustcash CEO Greg Moss said that his company is pleased to be working with a company that changed the playing field in the online adult entertainment market, as one of the first viable adult pay-per-view systems to hit the web.

“AEBN changed the traditional adult video industry, much [like] the effect new media has [had] on the mainstream entertainment industry,” Moss said. “Inclusion of the Trustcash payment alternative provides a compelling option for payment processing, and again positions AEBN as an industry innovator.”

Trustcash, which previously was known as PPPcard, sells prepaid access cards in denominations ranging from $10 to $200, both online and through retail stores. Each card has a unique 12-character Trustcash number that users enter on Trustcash merchant sites to gain access to the site. In the case of cards purchased online, the Trustcash number is delivered to the user via email.

While Trustcash has struck deals with a number of mainstream businesses, including an agreement with Mobile Card Cast that was announced in August, the company’s early focus was squarely on dating and adult sites. The deal with AEBN, Moss said, will “facilitate our ability to maximize revenues in this strategic area” of online adult entertainment.

“AEBN has thousands of users each day, and those visitors will now have the ability to make their purchases securely and with complete anonymity by using the Trustcash payment alternative,” Moss said. “Trustcash enables the consumer to keep their private life private. Trustcash will convert AEBN’s dormant free subscribers as well as new consumers concerned with privacy and security. AEBN is the only pay-per-view available in multiple languages. This relationship will not only broaden our customer base, but will appeal to our target markets worldwide.”
