Paradise Toyz Launches Contest for Models

MIAMI — Online adult retailer Paradise Toyz has announced a contest to find 50 women, 15 men and five couples to demonstrate its toy lines.

The contest offers more than $50,000 in prizes, including shooting contracts with Paradise Toyz, contracts with partner Paradise Media Productions (PMP) for adult videos, a trip to the Caribbean island of St. Maarten on a paid work trip, as well as trips to adult industry trade shows in 2008, including Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas.

PMP produces the new "Good Girls Gone Bad" line of adult videos.

“They will see everybody in the industry that is worth anything,” Paradise Toyz talent scout TJ Seaton said of the tradeshow trips. “It will create an easier starting opportunity for them in adult films.”

Along with professional judges rating their looks, winners will be peer-judged, so contestants can use social networking sites like MySpace, Facebook and AdultSpace to encourage their friends to vote as often as they can. A team of industry judges will select the winners from the top 100 finalists.

“Not everybody is going to win because we’re going to be selective, [but] it’s not going to be random,” Seaton said.

Deadline for registration is Nov. 15. A $12 fee is required for entry. For full contest rules, click here.
