Evan Seinfeld’s Band Set to Rock Sunset Strip

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Teravision CEO Evan Seinfeld’s new hard rock outfit, the Spyderz, are ready to rock the Sunset Strip tonight and tomorrow with the band’s first Los Angeles gigs.

The Spyderz play tonight at the Viper Room and Friday at the Key Club, both on the legendary Sunset strip. Currently working on their debut album due out in 2008, the Spyderz debuted opening up for Buckcherry and most recently played at the Fields of Rock Festival in New Zealand with the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Velvet Revolver and Iron Maiden.

Seinfeld said the Spyderz are “an amazing bunch of musicians from many different genres of rock and metal that makes up the foundation of our sound … it is a fundamental and timeless rock project that is aimed at non-trendy rockers who have a true appreciation of songwriting and lyrics from the gut. No weird makeup, no costumes, no rap — just good old rock that kicks you in the balls and leaves you on your knees gasping for air.”

Tera Patrick, Seinfeld’s significant other, will be attending the band’s L.A. debut.

“Whenever the Spyderz play, it is a great show,” Patrick said. “This time I want all of my sexy friends from the industry to come out and make it a great party. Nothing goes better with great rock ‘n’ roll than gorgeous women.”

The Spyderz have an official MySpace page, where fans can listen to the band’s first four tracks.
