According to Pipedream COO Nick Orlandino, the acquisition of LVN will enable his company to move full force into the rubber business, which previously had never been developed.
"It’s been great working with Serenity and Steve Lane on this whole project," he said referring to LVN's owners. "They’ve accomplished a great deal with LVN, and we look forward to building on their already amazing accomplishments.”
Orlandino added that the husband and wife team will assist in launching the rubber aspect of Pipedreams' next venture and that they will remain on board to help out with any aspects of the LVN line of products.
As for LVN contract stars, Orlandino said his company is looking forward to developing new products with the talent roster they have available, which will include six-year LVN contract star Jacklyn Lick, who has worked previously for Wicked Pictures.
"We signed with Nick because I would only agree to a deal on any level if it was good for my talent and good for myself and Serenity,” Lane said. “The deal with Pipedream was done because it was a good negotiating period; it was a good deal for us and a good deal for all and our existing talent. We couldn't be happier with the arrangement."
According to Orlandino, Pipedream will begin shipping LVN's current lines immediately and newer products will be released in time for the July ANME trade show in Las Vegas.
