The first movie as part of the new deal is Bone Digital’s “Manaconda,” an interracial series starring Richard Mann as the titular main character. The movie streets Aug. 9 and stars Sophia, Ryder Skye, Patricia Petit, Nadia Nitro and Kaylee Lovecox.
Shane’s World Vice President of Sales Megan Stokes told XBIZ that Hush-Hush Entertainment approached her about a distribution deal. Stokes expects Bone Digital, which produces only interracial content, and Voodoo House to release approximately three titles per month through Shane’s World.
“[The owners of Hush-Hush] wanted to expand their distribution,” Stokes said. “They’ve wanted to make more reality-driven stuff, and really, a different type of gonzo that’s out on the market. When you’re looking for reality, the leading studio is Shane’s World. We want to be known as the ‘go to’ studio when looking for unique content.”
The first movie from Voodoo House is “Briana Love Comes of Age” streeting Aug. 14, starring the former Red Light District contract girl.
“The movie is basically Briana going through a sexual gauntlet,” Stokes said. “It starts with her in an awesome girl/girl scene and progresses to something harder, including Briana with Shane Diesel. It’s like watching a girl develop as a performer over the course of one movie.”
