That comment comes from Futureworks director Jonathan Sable, who will handle directing for a shoot on Sunday, featuring adult performer Katsumi in a solo project.
“Having watched all of the other companies work in the interactive realm, we have found certain aspects that are missing and certain variables that have not been touched,” Sable said.
Katsumi, the Vietnamese-French performer who performs under the Japanese pseudonym, was a winner at the 2004 International Erotic Film Festival of Barcelona, bringing home three NINFA awards.
The production is the first collaboration between Mitch Spinelli’s Acid Rain and Futureworks, a DVD duplicator. Distribution plans for the film have not been released.
Spinelli launched Canoga Park, Calif.-based Acid Rain in January 2004. He’s the son of legendary director Anthony Spinelli, and created Acid Rain after 20 years in the adult industry writing adult scripts for films including “Sex World,” “Talk Dirty to Me” and “Nothing to Hide.” He also has directed and produced.
Acid Rain titles include “My Ass Is Trippin’,” “Stack ‘em Deep,” “Bang My White Ass,” “I Love ‘em Asian” and "Give Me Gape.”
