Austyn, who will join ranks with the company's other contract star Carmen Luvana, comes to the industry from a modeling background with no current experience working in adult videos, Adam & Eve spokesman Brian Gross said. Austyn's contract is effective immediately and will include eight appearances in Adam & Eve productions, in addition to company promotions and events.
Gross added that by the end of 2005, Adam & Eve will have named two more contract stars as the result of its “Reality-X: The Search for Adam & Eve” production, which will turn a nationwide talent search into a pay-per-view series hosted by Carmen Luvana. The series is slated to premier in May on iN-DEMAND.
“Reality-X: The Search for Adam & Eve” features 16 men and women vying for two exclusive contracts with Adam & Eve. The series is a co-production with Reality-X Productions.
Each one-hour episode will run for a month, Gross said, and by November, a 90-minute finale will announce the winning couple, who will then begin principle photography on their first Adam & Eve production.
Austyn has already been tapped as one of the judges for the reality series.
“Adam & Eve is thrilled to have Austyn as a contract star,” Meredith Christopher, director of Adam & Eve Pictures, said. “We’ve enjoyed so much success with Carmen, and we feel Austyn definitely adds a new level of energy to everything she touches.”
