“She's No Angel: Cameron Diaz” is a 30-minute film showing the then-19-year-old model baring her breasts and getting kinky in a softcore photo session for cameraman John Rutter.
Now 31, Diaz and Rutter have been battling for nearly a year.
Rutter claims Diaz signed off on a valid release at the time it was shot, but the actress says the signature was forged and accuses the photographer of trying to blackmail her for $3.3 million in exchange for not releasing the video.
The photographer made the film featuring Diaz and two other models in 1992.
A press release issued by the Scandal-Inc. website said the Caribbean-based company in Basseterre, St. Kitts, got the film from a distributor who had bought the copyright from Rutter. Calls by XBiz to its publicist in Los Angeles were not returned.
The photographer's lawyer, Ronald Richards, was quoted as saying that Rutter "has nothing to do with this web site. This video has been in existence for 12 years. Someone must have gotten a copy."
The film is currently available for purchase via download for $39.95 at Scandal-Inc.com and bootlegs are already circulating on file-sharing sites like Kazaa and Grokster.
“She's No Angel: Cameron Diaz” features Diaz topless and in fishnets. She and a leather-clad model named Natasha are vamping it up in a bondage scene with a chained man wearing nothing but a loose-fitting loincloth. At one point, the twosome toy with their male "slave," making him wear a black leather bondage mask.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge already signed off on an injunction last year prohibiting anyone from distributing the video.
In the video, a topless Diaz barks, "Attitude!" "Strut it, baby!" and "I want you hot and sexy!"
Finally, Diaz sprays a can of compressed air on her breasts, giggling, "Whoa! Look at them! Look at how big they got!"
Diaz recently signed to star as a Playboy “Playmate” in 20th Century Fox's upcoming film “X Girls,” a comedy about curvaceous women competing in Mark Burnett's Eco-Challenge.
