VADUZ, Liechtenstein — New company Tantum will debut its payment solution TantumPay and AV solution TantumIdent at this year’s Venus Berlin, taking place Oct. 24 to 27.
TantumPay, developed specifically for high-risk industries, offers a payment solution for micro-transactions without fixed transaction fees, instead charging a percentage-based fee per transaction.
“This sets the company apart from traditional payment providers, which typically charge a fixed fee in addition to the percentage-based fee,” a rep noted. “The solution enables platform operators to operate more economically, particularly in the area of micro-transactions, and to tap into new, data-sensitive target groups.”
Tantum will also debut age and identity verification solution TantumIdent.
“After a one-time identification process that takes just seconds and uses AI and machine learning technology, customers can verify themselves with any service provider with just one click,” the rep added “Thanks to the integrated payment system TantumPay with wallet, payments can be processed in a few moments. Companies benefit from the fast and easy processing and thus from higher conversion rates and secure processes.”
TantumPay, focused but not exclusive to EU countries, offers a Tantum Wallet that doubles as “a digital identity that can be used anywhere and offers the highest security standards and almost unlimited possibilities for verifying and paying for digital content,” the rep said.
According to Tantum the company’s solutions are GDPR and AML compliant, under the supervision of the European Banking Authority (EBA).
CEO Dominik Hurum said, “We offer a legally compliant solution for all countries, including German KJM compliance. This gives our customers planning security and a clear competitive advantage. We developed TantumIdent and TantumPay to meet the need for a user-friendly solution. Data protection is our top priority and enables users to pay without revealing their identity, thus giving our customers access to a new target group that can pay anonymously.”
