HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Leilani Li has won the 2024 Urban X Award for Sexiest Trans Star.

“It’s so wild what can happen in a year," said Li. "This is my fourth award win this year, and I can’t believe it. I’ve been working hard, staying on track with my brand, and always showing my fans how much I appreciate them."
