CHICAGO — Lovense is reporting victories in four IP lawsuits filed in U.S. courts, all related to counterfeits of its popular Lush teledildonics device.
Since 2022, a rep said, Lovense has initiated legal actions against over 250 companies worldwide for infringing on the Lush series. According to the company, these four recent lawsuits against patent infringers resulted in judgments in its favor totaling nearly $20 million.
