LOS ANGELES — Reigning and two-time XBIZ Trans Performer of the Year Emma Rose stars with Tony Genius in "Shifting Gears," from TransAngels.

As the scene opens, Rose "is at work jerking off when a customer (Genius) arrives at the dealership to check out the cars for sale," the synopsis reveals.
