ROME — Netflix has released the official poster and several images for its international production “Supersex,” based on the life and career of Rocco Siffredi.
Award-winning actor Alessandro Borghi plays Siffredi in the very fictionalized — or “freely inspired,” according to Netflix — version of the veteran adult performer’s life story.
“Supersex” was created and written by Francesca Manieri, Lorenzo Mieli and Matteo Rovere. The seven-part series will premiere on Netflix worldwide March 6, 2024.
The show will tell “the soup-to-nuts story of Rocco from his childhood and family origins through his relationship with love that led him to pursue a career in porn,” the Hollywood Reporter explained.
Jasmine Trinca co-stars as Lucia, “a fictional female character who represents a synthesis of many of the women Rocco had relationships with in real life.”
The cast also includes Adriano Giannini (Tommaso, Rocco’s half-brother), Saul Nanni (young Rocco), Enrico Borello (Gabriele), Vincenzo Nemolato (Riccardo Schicchi), Gaia Messerklinger (Moana), Jade Pedri (Sylvie) and Linda Caridi (Tina).
