MUNICH — Satisfyer parent company EIS has released a statement concerning patent protection efforts.
EIS’ statement follows:
EIS is an innovative and successful company acting under the well-known brand "Satisfyer." Our products are protected by the Satisfyer patent in many countries all around the world.
At EroFame 2023, the patent has now been enforced in two preliminary injunction proceedings before the Munich I Regional Court, and the court has found, in accordance with our applications, that the pressure wave vibrators of the exhibitors infringe our Satisfyer patent: FIU PRODUCTS LLC Sexual Desires, 1835 NW 112th Ave #176, Miami, FL 33172, USA. NUUD LLC, 19591 NE 10th Ave Bay D, 33179 MIAMI, FL, USA.
We have thus received confirmation in further court proceedings that our Satisfyer pressure wave vibrators are innovative and clearly distinguish themselves from our competitors and are comprehensively protected by our Satisfyer patent.
The patent infringing products and promotional materials were immediately removed by the bailiff and local police at EroFame and our patent was enforced accordingly.
Against all other companies promoting patent infringing products, lawsuits are already filed (like for LELO in Sweden, Germany, Canada and Australia) or we are settling at the moment.
