Pineapple Support Debuts In-House Training and Support Program With Clips4Sale

LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support has launched an in-house training and support program to help team members of sponsor organizations better handle difficult situations and feel supported, with Clips4Sale as the first platform to invest in this initiative.

The program additionally aims to help those organizations provide better care to both creators and peers, and to empower them with confidence and communication skills.

The new program includes training, monthly support groups and regular team check-ins.

As part of the inaugural package, Pineapple Support will provide Clips4Sale with five training modules designed to equip team members to address complex and sometimes critical issues, from understanding sexuality and gender identity to identifying a performer in crisis.

Pineapple Support will also be leading a monthly 60-minute in-house support group tailored to the Clips4Sale team's needs — providing members with a support network, accountability, feedback and different strategies for tackling difficult issues.

Mental well-being check-ins will provide proactive support to look after the team itself, creating a space to discuss any stressors and providing support for anyone struggling. Additionally, a dedicated Pineapple Support therapist is on hand to provide check-in sessions with staff members upon request.

“As longtime members of the fetish community, C4S understands the vital importance of education and our responsibility to models and creators,” Clips4Sale’s Avery Martin said. “We’re proud to work with Pineapple Support on this educational series, and to help those working in our industry do so in a way that is safe, aware and supported.”

Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit praised Clips4Sale for demonstrating commitment to its creators and workers.

“In an increasingly diverse industry, all platforms should be working to ensure that those on them — and those working for them — are safe and supported,” Tanit said. “I’m thankful that they’ve trusted Pineapple Support to provide this training, and I’m excited to work with them.”

A Pineapple Support rep explained that, as an incentive for participating organizations, “the full training and support package could potentially reduce liability insurance costs, as Pineapple Support provides certificates that clearly outline all completed courses, which may be taken into consideration during insurance renewals.”

Platforms, companies or organizations interested in working with Pineapple Support to deploy a ready-made or bespoke training program can find more information here.
