JustFor.fans Teams Up With Black and Brown Equity Coalition for Fire Island's Pines Party

LOS ANGELES — JustFor.fans has joined forces with the Black and Brown Equity Coalition of Fire Island to provide free VIP weekend passes and free housing to the BIPOC queer community during the traditional Pines Party.

The Pines Party, a rep explained, “is the crown jewel of New York’s queer nightlife calendar, bringing thousands of revelers to the shores of Fire Island Pines.”

The annual charitable event takes place July 21-23 and will raise money for The Pines Foundation, the Stonewall Community Foundation and its network of local charities, and Fire Island Pines' own Seashore Defense Fund.

“Not just a party, Pines Party has raised more than $4 million for its long-time beneficiaries over its 24-year history,” the rep added.

JustFor.fans founder and CEO Dominic Ford said, “We are excited to partner with the Black and Brown Equity Coalition for what will be an incredible weekend. We are one of four Platinum Sponsors of the Pines Party. We have sponsored this party for many years, and are proud of the great work it does for our community.”

Ford noted that the partnership is just one component of JustFor.fans’ plans this year, which have already included month-long visibility campaigns for Black History Month and Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

“Combined, those Twitter campaigns have over one million views,” Ford added.
